Thank you for considering our home. Since the first time we saw this property by boat in 1997, we knew it was special. Even though the Perry's Cove Section of Albemarle Plantation was not yet open for purchase or construction at the time, we convinced the plantation to give us right of first refusal when it was offered for sale.
